One of Vancouver Islands best kept secrets is getting out. Each year, more and more of you discover our little piece of paradise. And every year, we add a few more services and amenities to keep you coming back. We've recently added a new kiddie playground overlooked by 17 resized, fully serviced sites. Now parents can cozy up by the fire and keep an eye on the kids at the park. We've also added hydro/water hook-ups to seven of your old favourites bringing our number of fully serviced sites to fifty seven, and partially serviced to 23. We have a site to suit every one.

We cater to families at The Mountainaire, and in order to make your camping experience as pleasant as possible for you and your neighbours we ask you to adhere to some simple Campground Etiquette.

Campground Etiquette

1. One family per site, one family is two adults and up to four children. An additional two adults may register on the site for a per head charge. You must be 21 years of age to register.
2. Speed limit is 10 KPH in the park, please drive slowly and watch for children playing.
3. Only one car per campsite. Please park in designated areas only. Absolutely no movement of vehicles after 10:00 PM.
4. Visitor parking is provided outside the park gates. All vehicles within the park must display a valid permit. Visitors are asked to vacate the park by 10:00 PM.
5. Pease keep your pets on a leash and pick up after them.
6. Fires in designated fire pits only. Please don't move the fire pits or cut trees or brush. Wood is available for purchase at the store.
7. Quiet time is 10:00 PM; please turn off your music, no exceptions.
8. This park is for the quiet enjoyment of all our guests; please don't disturb your neighbour. No noise after 11:00 PM. Please be considerate in the morning.
9. Foot traffic only on the river road. The riding of motorcycles, quads, or other unauthorized vehicles is prohibited.
10. Registration closes at 9:00 PM; the park gates are locked at 10:00 PM and re-open at 7:00 AM.
